About Us

We are a coffee cart pop-up and coffee trailer proudly serving ethically sourced coffee.  We partner with roasters that share a similar passion for going beyond fair trade and strive towards sustainability.

 Our roots are from Cagayan De Oro, also known as the City of Golden Friendship.  There, when you enter someone's home, the homeowner usually greets you with an open palm & says "DAYON." It means "Welcome! Come in and join us."

It is with this spirit that we open the doors at Dayon.  

  As kids, we spent a lot of time at the farm.  There, life was simple and slow.  We would often see the adults pound and grind coffee beans on a massive "wooden bowl."  It smelled amazing!  They would then take some of the grounds, wrap it cloth, and submerge into hot water.  The motions of manually grinding, the joy, the smell, the community that gathered around it always drew us close.  Little did I know then that I would develop a passion for this thing called Coffee.  So here we are, sharing that passion with a whole lot of love, one cup at a time.
